Definition: The Otomani culture is the name given to a group of Bronze age settlements in the Carpathian basin in the early 2nd millennium BC. The Otomani occupation at Trzcinica had thick fortification walls, evidence of advanced bronze and gold working and trade with the Mediterranean Sea peoples, including a bead of Baltic amber.
